Ahh so having a budget makes one a collector, not having a budget makes one an accumulator... darn I'm the latter...my wife apparently knows the difference...according to her I don't collect dirty paper, I'm accumulating it. How is a hoarder differentiated then?

KK I have what I call my Toy fund. Which is how much I set aside for hobbies. Mainly what I set aside for tools, coins, currency or parts for my 55 Chevy. This month the Chevy needed a new clutch, so no coins or currency this month... |

Well, you know I'm not an obsolete collector, HOWEVER when I come across a note that is just 'beautiful'; I'm inclined to make a minimal bid and wait for the "you've won" email.
