The typical lifespan of a modern $10 note is under 5 years so my opportunity to find an uncirculated example of a 2009 $10 JC-B block note is slowly dwindling. A friend on a different forum had these two, which I bought, which brings my total to three...all in circulated condition.

Looks like a run of 6.4M in June of 2013.

Correct. A very small total printed for a non-star note. Most blocks had 96M printed.
The JK-B block is the same, but I managed finding an UNC example.

Correct.

Not to be too self-indulgent, but It's pleasing to have your statemenmts validated by an expert. And I say that with sincerity, Steve. Apparently I have learned a thing or two by coming to CCF all these years.

Again, I agree with our amphibious friend. Yes, do tell. That's a remarkable pair!
