Yes, it is a very scarce coin. That 1881 was struck using an 1876 die, where all of the Obverses has single serif N's.

Another recent return from ICCS. None graded higher (albeit their population report is approaching 10 years old now) and PCGS only has 4 graded higher (1 SP65+ and 3 SP66).
