Very nice looking coin, it appears to be a soft strike based on how sharpe the edge still is. I would grade this coin at AU-55.

She looks pretty much problem-free to me. As previously noted diamonds aren't exactly these girls best friends. As such I think I like her in the AU-range, as well.

it is a die crack on the reverse. it is in a very common location and certainly does not add a premium. most collectors of MS specimens look for die-crack-free specimens.
