this must be from a Christmas set. I have never seen it before. Any idea of the value.

Some finds since my last post.

My third 2012 old style toonie but still no loonie. I also found a Wait For Me Daddy toonie but it's nothing special. Though I do really like how it looks.

I'm pleasantly surprised to find older coins without scratches on them. The 1977 quarter is so shiny, I thought it was a new plated one at a glance. And my third 1992 quarter.

My brother yesterday gave me this from his change jar. I took him out for breakfast later on.

Although it's probably illegal, one could start making a loonie version of the famous PEI holy dollar.

Found these 2 guys (1991 and 1956) after an $800 roll hunt. I couldn't zoom in any closer without losing focus...if anyone's got any photo taking tips I'm all ears (eyes?) The 1991 is the 7th I've found since I started roll hunting about 25 years ago.

Great finds! What an interesting mix, everyone. Also, to the forum, Braat!

I am by no means a photographer, but check if your camera has a "macro" setting. I use macro on a pretty average digital camera that's a few years old, so I'm sure most have it nowadays.

I just got a Women's right to vote loonie. Are they also released for circulation or only in packs?
