No silver, but my biggest haul in awhile, found at my local credit union today:
€2.10 (one 2 Euro and one 10 Euro Cent, both 2002 Ireland) $3.80 in Canadian coinage (three Loonies, two quarters, and three dimes) 2005 South African 2 Rand 1999 New Zealand 5 Cents 2000 Namco Pac-Man arcade token 3 Zincolns 1 brass angel token (possibly to a local car wash, but unsure of its use) 1 Andamiro token (defunct arcade chain)
I still can't believe how that Dutch gold piece slipped by, congratulations on what's likely a lifetime find!

So my CoinStar drought finally ended this afternoon... The local Walmart's machine had a bunch of change in the reject bin... I didn't look to see what it was, I just grabbed all of it... 2 Canadian Quarters, 3 US Quarters, a 5 Pence coin, a Dime, a battery, 4 Zincolns, and, most importantly, a 1966 40% silver half!

What a nice find. It's been a little bit since my last 40% silver half find.

2 non-silver dimes found in the reject tray at the local supermarket today. No silver yet, but will keep trying.
Cheers!

@Errers and Varietys Thanks!

My local supermarket has a Coinstar machine. I have checked the machine every time I go in to buy groceries. I mostly find Canadian in the reject tray. I did score a silver dime once.

Question: are normal clad half dollars accepted by CoinStar machines? If so, are the silver-clad halves consistently rejected? The weights are very close so I'd be interested in knowing how the machine tells the difference.
