NorthShoreMA Valued Member United States 171 Posts	Posted 06/24/2025 8:18 pm The reject bin in the coin-counting machine at one of my "dump" banks was full today. I stopped at that bank to schedule a large special pizza delivery for the tellers tomorrow because I found 2.1+ oz of silver in two Brinks half dollar boxes I acquired there last week. I suppose that a customer who cashed their quarters didn't realize that the machine was rejecting many of them. The 10 US quarters included a 90% silver 1959-D coin. This stash also included four foreign coins the approximate size of a US quarter (including one from the UAR). Report this Post to the Staff

Best 2 were a 63d and a 58d nickels. Nothing special but old. Bottom right 2 of the nickels. Have not checked any for errors. Woohoo. Report this Post to the Staff
