Quote: Estimates put paper silver positions at 143 times the actual amount of physical silver traded. Whaaaaaaaaaa? I've said for a while; You can't win the game if you aren't really a player. But you can be successful if you understand the rules. *High five* for all of us super-long stackers.

Quote: The guy that got me interested in silver back in 2011 went all in, cashed out his 401k and bought physical silver bullion.... but I doubt he is very happy with his decision today. Hopefully his patience will be rewarded soon but it might be at the detriment of everybody else... (i.e; possible dollar collapse, economic chaos etc.)

The dollar is collapsing or going to collapse. The only way that happens is if China or Russia completely loses their mind and decides its time to destroy the world in full blown nuclear war

If history is any indication of things to come, (because we humans just love to repeat the same mistakes) a war is inevitable. History clearly shows that big wars always happens after a financial collapse or simultaneous int'l money disputes. And since Russia,China and many others own your debt while rampant money printing is going on, well, that looks like a perfect storm in the making...imho

Wars will still happen but nuclear weapons are a game changer. Weve yet to see two countries with nuclear weapons enter full out war. War isn't a favorable option when it will completely destroy you and China and Russia would turn on the other one if one was going crazy threatening to start a nuclear world war. Its one thing to lose people in a battle, its another to have your country wiped out. If our dollar collapses we take everyone down with us. The global economy is based far too much off of our consumption especially from China. That alone means that we arent going to be allowed to fail unless the world isolates themselves which they arent doing. Debt only matters if people say it matters. China doesn't care, they gain influence owning our debt and can flip it for other things. Neither does the rest of the world, its one of the reasons why they get to use the US military as their global security force. We get dollars in exchange for providing muscle. There is give and take on both sides. Plus if the world fell apart metals wouldnt mean a thing. It wouldnt be orderly, most people would die or get killed, and the only things that would matter would be food/water/antibiodics/guns/ammo. You dont trade food for metal when you dont know where your next meal is coming from. There is absolutely no way for the global economy to fall apart with out billions of people dieing and massive chaos everywhere. Thats not to say there arent problems, there are, but were not on the brink of collapse. One day its highly likely we wont be the top dog and the US may not even exist anymore, but that day isn't today and it isn't in our life time. It will be a couple generations of declining military might where the world no longer looks to us for help and declining buying power where were no longer relied on as the place for everyone to sell their goods.

I just had to come back with a "fact" from my earlier post with the article. Where it mentions "after hours" High Frequency Trading as being the conduit, culprit or reason for the massive profits and in which exposes the so called manipulation... Can we at least call it fraud? Does that constitute a "free" market?
"The trader, selling four hundred contracts per second, dumped 45,000 contracts into the market. Each was for 5,000 troy ounces for a grand total of 7,000 tonnes. The seller then suddenly shifted and started purchasing everything he could. Still moving far faster than other traders, he or she walked with $3.6 billion."
I'd love to have yup's input on this if you believe it. If you don't, then no need

Everything you say is absolutely correct. Nuclear war as been a game changer since its (cursed) inception and metals won't matter if such a scenario would play out. I do not see that happening nor do I wish it.
Debt doesn't matter between countries and the banking world but it will always matter between them and you or anybody who has debts which is practically all the citizenry on this planet.
And so, if you're to believe the elites when they say and write books about that there's too many people in this world, they don't need a nuclear war. A total collapse of the financial system will do just fine because that is a sure recipe for massive die offs

Absolutely correct. Thats the thing about economics, theres no hard set rules like physics the rules are just whatever you say they are. It doesn't work so well if you make that argument to your bank. Though now that I think about it debt certainly doesn't have the stigma it once did. Between people bailing on their mortgages and student loans it does seem thats trickling down some. The elites in power want the masses that gives them votes and things to campaign on. You dont get reelected or keep your population subdued killing off large percentages of it unless youre North Korea which is really the exception. Itd really be playing with fire trying to control a depression, theres enough private money out there to throw wrenches into those plans or generals that would say enough is enough were taking our country back. Of course none of those restraints apply to 3rd world countries.

I don't know how young you are but I remember much better days.More wealth, more freedom I just feel like we're in self destruction mode but that just my opinion
