1953 (P) had the second lowest business strike mintage at ~ 2.7M. 1955 (P) was lowest at ~ 2.5M. There were more 1963 Proofs struck (~ 3M) than either of them.

Errers, there's a slabbed broadstrike LMC for over $500K. Go to ebay coin errors and sort by descending price. I think it's at the top.
