Just a pocket change quarter... 2021 Rare Quarter Crossing The Delaware - US $1,500.00 or Best Offer + $5.05 shipping. From description: "Not only is this quarter a rare find, but it is also uncertified, which adds to its exclusivity."

Errers, I've been buying and selling on ebay since the mid-'90s. They used to charge for listings, and there was none of this garbage on it then.

@Hondo Bogus ... " Errers, I've been buying and selling on ebay since the mid-'90s. We have a number of ebay sellers on our forum. Would be interesting to learn their (varied?) perspectives on the nature of today's ebay.

My sentiment mirrors Mr Wiskers in that ebay is where problem coins go including cleaned, faked, and altered. I have been on ebay registered since 97 and have seen the evolution including fees which now approach 20%. The buyer is paying for that almost always so it's interesting that people use it for comps. Next time someone tells you it sold on there for that consider that there are too many variables to be an apples to apples comparison.

...should we start a "ONLINE FRAUD" topic, aside from this current thread?...
