The seller says this "error" coin is from the Pittsburgh Mint, I guess because of the mintmark. https://www.ebay.com/itm/135403762411 (Although he does correct himself in the AI-enhanced description).

How funny, I did check before I posted and wish I took a screenshot. A couple don't show up anymore - which I assume means the sale was canceled or returned. The removed sales were for Flowing Hairs too - at 3995 a crack for silver.
edit to add: but the feedback for the flowing that does not show as sold anymore remains....hmmmmm
