Just finished a box and thankfully my 3 or 4 box skunk streak came to an end. I found 7 40% (yay me ) I also found 2 NIFC and a gold plated 1985 Kennedy ! Where on earth did that come from?

Hello Everyone,
I am now about done with my second box and I have found a 1964 D as well as about
six new proofs including a 1976-S and 1972-S to mention just a few. Also, I have found
a mother-load of almost mint 1988-P halves.
I still have 12 more rolls to go so I will try to give a tally when done. I also have some nice
2000P halves, in addition to some other harder to find dates.
BTW, I think I let a silver slip through so I am going to do some edge searching as I wrap those I have not kept.

Last week two boxes, yielded 12 pretty much brand new 2005 halves, and two 40%. This week was my best ever, I feel lucky. 1st box 10 40%, and 3 90% 63 Franklin, and two 1964 Kennedy. 2nd box 3 40% That's exactly 3 oz. I'm pumped.  Edited by everything

I did 2 boxes this week. First box had no silver and 2 2010. The second had 2 40percent that both had a marker on them. In one roll there was a 40 percent, a proof 1983 and another 2010.

Searched 1000. Found 0 silver. Found 5 DDR's. 1971NMM DDR, 1972D DDR X 2, 1973D DDRHow much are DDR's worth when found in average circulated condition? |

Oh my gosh, I did not realize there were DDRs on the 1971-1973s.
I can tell these two boxes have probably not yielded up everything yet!!

I didn't know about the DDR's either until stumbling across a youtube video. The guy showed one up close so we would know what to be looking for. Otherwise, I would be ignorant of them. To find 5 from my very first box was a blast! The double die reverse quarters go for over $125 each so am hoping for even better price with my halves. |

I am now going to go back through all my 1971s to 1973s. As we know, that is a good percentage of the coins. I also learned that on some of the 2000 P coins, the eagle is offset by 35 degrees on the back. This is something else I did not know about until I searched for price ranges on E-Bay and noticed someone had sold one for around $15 or so. So, when going through the 2000 P coins, simply flip them horizontally and the offset should become quite obvious. I have the Cherry Pickers Guide but mine does not cover the halves. |

FINALLY got my first box in, on Thursday. It was a skunker, which was really discouraging. I found a 2003, 2004, 2006. I also found this 1991.... which appears to be in amazing condition. I've read before that some are plated, is this worth keeping, or throwing back?  |

It's too beautiful to throw back. If you can afford to keep it then do so. Over time it will still gain in value. http://www.numismedia.com lists an MS60 at $3.45 but you can always check ebay and see what's selling and how much if you decide to sell. |

Ouch. Do you think this is a local decision or a bank-wide thing? What is the fee for business customers?
