Run Number: 2
Serial Number Range: C 03 200 001* #8596; C 03 520 000*
Printed at DC facility in July 2007

Run size: 320.000
Total print: 4.128.000

considering the printed total, is it really rare?

Got this back in 2003, paid $10 for it, never was really sure if it was worth anything but still interesting.

Nice star sheet... I have several of these.

You bought it at a good price. Recent sales on ebay are anywhere from $20 and up.

Speaking of stars, this is the first star note I ever purchased (raw of course back then), about 25 years ago, for I think around $30.

Here's a rare circulation find from self checkout at Walmart. I've found numerous common modern starnotes but never a silver certificate.
