Here's another "barbarous" Roman coin, this time from the mid-300s. It is imitating the "FEL TEMP" or Fallen Horseman type of Constantius II (official coin to the left)

Despite the name, these were probably just emergency cash minted to alleviate money shortages in the provinces. This particular one was probably made in Britain, as the London mint had been struggling for some time to keep pace with demand.
