Could someone tell me where I can learn how to do these wonderful overlays I keep seeing here in the forum? Is there a video somewhere that teaches this? Do I need special editing software? Thanks everyone :)

Some overlays are available online:

If you want to do your own, most photo management programs give that ability. I use an antique (!) software called Microsoft Picture It. It is probably available for free download online.
