My vote goes to @mcshilling!  Not only is it NCLT and painted, it is encrusted with a Venetian glass turtle that was handcrafted by master glass maker Giuliano Donaggio in Murano, Italy.  In Memory of Crazyb0 12-26-1951 to 7-27-2020

Yes, anyone can vote. That was my suggestion, because otherwise we would have too few votes. Plus, everyone here a participant in spirit, even if they don't have the right item in their collection.
So how about extending the deadline until 9 pm in case there was some confusion?
