TNG Bedrock of the Community United States 10284 Posts	Posted 07/18/2019 2:03 pm Nice additions guys! keep em comin! 1904 Louisiana Purchase Exposition Encased Indian Cent So far I only have two of these for Expositions and World Fairs Encased Cents. The other being a 1901 Buffalo Pan-American Exposition that is round. I think I will try to get different shapes if I can add another or two. Perhaps a Bell or Chamber Pot. Jamestown, Panama Pacific, and Philadelphia may be possible options in the future. This one is pretty nice as they come slightly used. There is probably a lot of luck left in it! 999fine Pillar of the Community United States 1346 Posts	Posted 07/19/2019 10:42 am And a contribution from that lot of Franklin Mint medals I bought a few weeks ago, this medal commemorating the American Indian Marines during the Pacific fighting during WWII by the Fourth Marine Division, bronze proof, 1700 minted. Also known in sterling silver, 2200 minted and nickel silver, 2600 minted. Recognition given to the Navajo "code-talkers." The Japanese were unable to break the code of the obscure Navajo language. (White speckling is reflections on the proof surface which I am unable to eliminate with my cell phone picture taking) Report this Post to the Staff
