chafemasterj Pillar of the Community United States 6514 Posts	Posted 02/11/2019 09:12 am I've looked at these under high magnification with the same thought. Turns out they are stamped. Not engraved. You can see the way the stamp forced its way into the copper and displaced it. I think since it says "Scenic Engraved Cent" in quotation marks they are taking some marketing liberties.
