i'll have to include Monument Metals in my window shopping come november. the night before last I picked just sixty-two cents, but last night I picked $1.40, so the average of the two nights is $1.01. that'll do.

Quote: Have there been many hurricanes this year so far? Only one in the Atlantic, Erin. Maxed out at Cat 5, but never came ashore. She did make some waves along the coast though.

yep. I'm just tired of being sweaty/soggy multiple times a day and again at night. our tropical summer will begin to subside somewhat by mid-late september, and usually by mid-late october we'll get the end-of-summer break. I am looking forward to it. the hurricane threat will subside as we go through october. end of the season is the end of november. ..cutting myself off right there because I can babble incessantly about our weather. Quote: the night before last I picked just sixty-two cents, but last night I picked $1.40, so the average of the two nights is $1.01. that'll do. (deją vu, anyone?) last night I picked just sixty-seven cents, but tonight I picked $1.41, so the average of the two nights is $1.04. that'll do. ...and I didn't notice this factoid until just now: I am averaging well over $1 per night for the past 6 nights. this hasn't happened in many, many months. excellent.

More foreign coins picked up on a visit to London Gatwick Airport - three Spanish 2-eurocent coins with consecutive dates, 2021-2-3!

i picked just seventy-eight cents last night (rain rain rain), but I also scored an unopened bottle of spring water, which hasn't happened in quite a while. the nightly search continues. and: joy joy joy, first day of calendar fall arrives in just 3 weeks, meaning summer will be ending relatively soon. I just returned from the pet store (no pouch of benjamins today ), a ten minute pedal; I was sweat-soaked. I even pedaled quite slowly.
