it just keeps piling up. tonight was even better. i had $1.45 in my pocket on the back end of the route. after having just fed the last kitty I was rolling for home and I stopped at an ice machine, which yielded 7 quarters: i was already happy enough with $1.45, but those quarters were cause for a party. i picked a well-scattered $3.41 in total, a nice pocketful of coins tonight.

tonight I poached my first wild buck since october 14. this was an easy one, walked right up to it: good thing I scored that buck cos I found just twenty-eight cents in coins. i also plucked this from the middle of the winn-dixie plaza parking lot: FKAA- Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority, provides water to the keys from the mainland, sourced from Lake Okeechobee, maybe... a soft, squooshy blue football, about the size of a small lemon/large lime, the cat was completely unimpressed when I tossed it his way.. maybe they have lots of those in the offices for customers, or a 'premium', you know? just a little freebie w/advertising on it.. 'Best Drink In Town'... cute, but be advised: if you come to key west, don't drink the tap water. just a heads-up from your friends here at FPS.

OK, had to run to my local Grocery store (Fry's Food Store 'Kroger') as I left the store and 3 feet from the entry/exit door, there was a WONDERFUL Greenback note - $100.00 just waiting for me to snag it. So, snag it I did quickly as there were tons of people entering and leaving the store through this door. I had to go around the entry column and 're-drop' the bill for photography (and proof of findership). It was just after 12 PM in the broad daylight that I picked it up too Now mind you I live in a very large and busy city (Phoenix AZ) and am very surprised that the 2 people that left just before me didn't see it..
