color me jealous!! I love that. you lucky ducky you.

not much moola tonight (just thirty-three cents ), but I really scored bigtime in the food & beverage department. someone left several items for me to find. believe it or not:

a small container of popcorn chicken, a carton of 18 medium eggs, a bag of grapes, a sack of actual popcorn (just like what you would get at a theater-- yum , which I haven't had in years), a sack of pepperoni pizza-flavored Combos, a small container of cheddar broccoli soup (from the deli) and a bottle of water. all of that from publix' parking lot, someone left it all behind. amazing. that must be at least a $25 score. everything new, unopened & undamaged, still in the plastic bags it left the store in. total providence. kitty karma?

speaking of that, I've discovered a new kitty to feed. this one is a Russian blue-type of a kitty, with that thick blue-grey fur, not sure if M or F yet, but I'm leaning toward F. I didn't see the obvious M indicator sticking off the rear end, but the kitty is not yet coming too close to me. loud, long meows. I found this kitty wandering the searstown publix parking lot one night a week or two ago, then went several nights without another sighting. then, maybe sunday or monday night I located that kitty again in the same area, licking at some gross-looking junk on the pavement, so I've been going out of my way to locate the kitty the past few nights. I put the same amount of food down for this kitty as I do for the others. so it looks like I have another new kitty friend. we'll see how this goes.

My catacorner neighbors had one and it visited me on a regular basis. She preferred my jungle yard to theirs for lizard hunting. Unfortunately they moved at the beginning of the month.


They're working on "MrPink karma" - I wonder what they go searching to find?
