Let's try an end-around on getting some date information... Theoretically, could this coin have been in the pocket of someone signing the Punctation of Olmütz?

We know its after 1850
I gave it a quick look. didn't see anything with no dates. Some with different dates. We need to work on location

My German unification question should flush out whether we are dealing with one of the numerous pre-unification principalities.

Certainly, but depending on the answer, it won't exclude Belgium or Austria.
