On the reverse, is there an eagle with the word 'one' anywhere around it? (If the answer is no, This should narrow it down to the Ben Franklin half, bicentennial JFK, and the bicentennial Eisenhower...and lots of commemoratives. If the answer is yes it should narrow it down to Peace dollar, regular Eisenhower, and one or two commemoratives) Edited by Redifin

Ok seems like we are getting pretty narrow on the date (1932-1943). Was it minted before 1937?

My guess is the Rhode Island Tercentenary half dollar, commemorative. Dated 1936.
