My bad . Don't get me wrong, @keith. I wasn't challenging the question, just pondering what one calls half of a hemisphere. I'm sure it's a question that has plagued geographers for centuries  , and a quick web search suggests there is no word. I think your meaning was clear ... I was just having some fun, since we seem to do that often on this thread. |

I understand that I had a French coin, but that was in part to throw you guys off. ;)
I am still here, but I do not know foreign coins very well. Therefore, I will be guessing, but I will also need to do an extensive amount of research. I will be chiming in from time to time, but my specialty is American coins. My grandmother is more of an expert on foreign coins, and she is the one who gave me most of my french coins.
