67 is for how many distracting marks are on it.
PQ would probably be for "Posted Quickly"

I see you caught that too, Spence. These sort know nothing about coinage other than those of us who collect pay over face value. That said, you'd think that, maybe-just maybe, they would look at similar listings when setting a price.
