Nice catch Enyaw, the 2013 one-dollar and two-dollar coins are still understudied for doubled die varieties, so there is bound to be a few different varients floating around similar to the 2012 examples. NGC has somewhat recently (last year or so) started attributing doubled die varieties on the 2013 one-dollar and the two-dollar coins, so I'm sure there will be plenty more found eventually.
