@All: Thank you for the positive feedback on my various additions to this thread. Much appreciated! One more World War II themed coin - a 50 Pence from the United Kingdom that features a stylized D-Day scene on its commemorative reverse. Several propeller-driven warships can be seen in the design.  A "distance shot" of the three D-Day themed coins I've posted here - they came in a three-coin set:
