Thank you, Dearborn!

For the third page, I had this 1853 Seated Liberty quarter with Arrows & Rays:

I filled in the Capped Bust, Lettered Edge half dollar hole with my 1827 Square 2, O-131 R-2.

The other hole I could fill on the third page was the Liberty Seated with Motto half dollar using my 1877-CC.

For the first hole on Page 4, I had a 1939-D Walking Liberty half dollar graded ANACS MS-63. It's been in my collection for over 12 years, sitting peacefully in its slab. This was the first time I've ever cracked open a slab! It was oddly satisfying.

I also filled one of the Commemorative Half Dollar holes with his 1995-S Civil War Battlefield Half Dollar, which I cracked out of a Young Collector's Edition set. This was another first for me, cracking open OGP.

I've decided I want to do two classic and two modern commemoratives for the four half dollar holes. For the moderns, I'll keep them uncirculated to go with the rest of the album. I also want to have a connection to each of the four commemorative themes. I love visiting battlefields, so this half dollar was a no-brainer.

Thank you, jbuck!

I filled two dollar coin holes from my existing collection, starting with an 1885 Morgan dollar:

Me too! I have a number of Ikes, but they're either AU or in Mint Sets earmarked for my (incomplete) Ike set. So a nice uncirculated Ike is on my list for the 7070. Probably will be a 1977 or 1978.

Sounds like a plan!

Hopefully one day! For now my uncirculated modern sets are in 2x2s to save money. Years ago I bought the 8146 and 8147 for the ATB Quarters but they're still shrink-wrapped, waiting for me to crack out the coins from their OGP. . .
