Below is a 1873 CC genuine obverse from a different die pair as it show a full strike on the neck feathers. The neck feathers on the back of the neck on this full struck genuine example are more like lines.

The OP fake neck feathers on the back look like spaghetti noodles. The spaghetti noodle neck feathers are common on Chinese fakes.
