There are some genuine coins with teeth,
This one is an unusual portrait of our very own Princess Diana.
Missing-Tooth-On-1922-Penny

Much like the Mona Lisa where the eyes follow you about the room but with teeth.

(Also, I always called those denticles "teeth" too.)
