This coin is so beautiful in hand I wish my camera could capture the delicate shifting hues from blue to dark gold. What a stunner!

Finding this post made me dive into some boxes I've never opened. Found some really fun colors. This will probably be the first post of many, discovering I really love toned coins. Who knew?
These are some Canadian $1 coins, I have a bunch of them, but for some reason, these three were not encapsulated in their boxes. The others I've found in old coin books. I'll post more once I get some pictures.

Here are some I found in an international box of coins I have. Looks like George used to be stuck somewhere with tape in his previous life. But I like how it's tones to look like animal print now.
