I believe that the reverse side was printed slightly out of register but not enough to count as an "error." In fact, this slightly off-centred note is typically considered an impairment and knocks off a few points when grading. What most "error" enthusiasts look for is evidence of design (beyond the border) from the adjacent note on the sheet.

Here is an actual "cut out of register error" on a 1973 Canadian replacement $1 (around the same era and grade as your replacement/regular pound banknotes):

A real tough note to purchase (as you won't find them anywhere close to BV) but here's a 2012 P8t 5 Euro (Trichet) I picked up a little while ago:

I saved only 1 from a UNC stack that I exchanged before a trip to Paris a few years ago.

-Yes SCWPM puts the X (German 5 Euro) at $10. I probably paid $15 2 years ago (when I first got the World paper bug). I have never seen the early Euro notes near book value. The Irish version is supposed to book at: $11 (that I posted) but I have not seen that. In fact, I just looked on ebay now and the only notes going for $10- $11 are the 2013 versions. Not saying these asking prices are fair- just the reality right now.
