They have a bit of color on the rims and I was hoping they would tone up for me (no luck so far). His asking price feels right. What would you pay? I should not say without seeing larger photos because in my hunt I have found that not all PCGS PR69 Ikes are equal. But going with my gut, I would be taking a serious look if the price is between $250 to $300.
