I intend later to take some decent pictures, when I get my new microscope, but I didn't have decent lighting now on my old microscope, and I would like to learn how to use the picture taking capabilities of a microscope, so I just snapped this sample as a warmup, more will come later, and your definitely right about the chatter marks |

then my previous idea for the holder won't be good as the cases I was looking at are 100 mic thick with is 0.0001" thick and that's not rigid enough to hold the nickel securely maybe I should get a sheet of Acrylic plastic or one of the other suitable inert plastics .020 or .030 thick and build my own cases as I've got a pro heat sealing machine I got on eBay, so, back to my original question I wonder if the PVC holder will react touching the acrylic or other inert plastic I chose and cause the inertness to disappear over time? |

I was thinking about the putting the proofs in archival polyester coin store pockets that are 50 x50 mm and sealing them some way and then putting the holders in Coin Flip Holder Albums - 120 Pockets 2x2 Coin Flips Coin Storage Books for Coin and I wonder if the PVC holder will react touching the archival polyester pockets and cause problems is that feasible? |

I know now not to use nail polish remover I bought on Amazon that says in big letters - 100% pure acetone - and in tiny letters on the bottle that I never bothered to read -Ingredients': Acetone, Denatonium Benzoate Unfortunately this is just another OOP's in a long line of them |
