Quote: The time has come to begin the process of selling my coins for good. I'm not getting any younger and I don't have any heirs so it seems logical to do this while I'm still healthy.
Your post says you don't have any heirs. It doesn't say you don't have any heirs that are interested in the hobby. If you have no heirs at all like your post reads then why do you want to quit? Go hard until you die and then it doesn't matter.

Quote: You need to have these types of errors certify to protect the note or everyone who handle the note will open and close it I would be the only one handling the banknote and if I did allow someone else it would be someone who would be careful.
Quote: there is no serial under the fold, it is on the back of the fold, it what makes this thing cool. Well obviously, that's why I said you can't admire it.
Quote: If this note was not certify, it would not reach the price it did Are you saying they paid $25,000 for a holder, I think not. If I ever wanted to sell it again I'd get PMG to certify it for me and everybody knows their reputation for over grading. It'll probably get a UNC-60 grade and I'll sell it for $50,000.
Quote: as mentioned there is one big question CCGS graded it EF45 which is proof there are imperfections on the banknote that could have happened while it was part of a brick or mishandling since but that still has nothing to do with how I would enjoy any banknote. |

That's interesting and the first time I heard about an ejection break but you said the 8 was pancaked an ejection break wouldn't squish it right. Also there's no ejection doubling anywhere. I admit it's weird that there's no marks where the missing piece of the 8 is but that ding on the 9 is evidence that something hit your coin at some point. |
