Yes it was kind of great in a small potatoes way but was upset at the incorrect count. I wanted to get in and out and not make a mistake but this worked out. Need to get empty rolls. I was planning on quitting searching but the teller said to not give up.

Went thru my first two boxes, ever and found, two, 67s. No machines here that are free and no papers. I planned with the bank to take them in loose. Mgr goes in back with a teller to check my 2x500 count. Supposedly I shorted myself two coins. Chatting with nice teller. They were slow and wrapping up for 6;00. I ask about unusual stuff. Starts looking thru her small till and while watching her, young eyes ,scanning dates; I no sooner say to look at edge for a solid grey line and she says " here's one" during the dime compartment. Righttttt I say and think. Holy Rosey I look and its a 48. She takes my quarter and hands it over with a nickle. Said she was sick and I was happy with the dime loss, either way.

Sorry I haven't checked back to my first forum, very much. I gave up buying coins in 2008 and on this post, I am late. My point on these sets was not holding a fortune but a reference from back then that the sets in an original mailing box was maybe valuable. Its still unopened along with 7 mint sets in another box. They had some new coin too and I got hooked by the tv but paid Mint prices

Would yous believe I have a sealed Mint box with, three, Silver 20th Ann. three piece Silver Eagle sets. This was 2006 and had the first reverse proof. The long gone and missed Hucksters were firm in their believe that that coin needed to be in a sealed box to prove it came from the set

I only see Jbuck and Dad from old days. So I stopped with coins in the horrible yr. of 2009. And things stayed bad. Just today, I recommended a FB friend come here to learn stuff. She wanted a price on a 1893 Colombian Ex. that she had, and some others. Hope all is well as can be

After my training here, I always check the coin machines and for the 2nd time in my new bank, in a couple weeks, I found two Wheaties in the return with some other beat up Cents. 50s before but a 40 and 20 yesterday. I had to look them up and high mintages. oh well.

Years back, with my roll finds, I got out the silver polish and poured a bunch on a big hunk of paper towel. The stuff is slippery and I would get the coins good and wet and lay them down. Then grab and rub them, one at a time, with the wet towels. I would try to get them all done as quick as I could and then wash them by hand with lots of dish detergent. I would then blot them dry and lay them down on towels to really dry. I did stop this blasphemy after being effected by the CC angel in my head. The coins still all look great as they are kept in tubes.

I immediately changed a quarter and told the un-CC young girl. A couple of elderly woman wanted to see it. It was kinda fun

He says he will be back for his change, later, and then he is discussed as being involved in a past robbery by the innkeeper who summons the law. Then he is questioned and seemed uninterested and innocent.

So just yesterday, I am barely watching this Western show from the 50's. An Indian reaches in and pays off a innkeeper with what seemed to be a a $50 Pan-Pac. They show it clearly, but I am not 100% sure what it was, It did have the 6 or so sides. Thats my story and IASTI.

I thought so because there is lots of hate for this heavily minted and poorly struck U.S. origin, token. I got tired of the numerous E-bay $2 listings but no talk of specs. I did see a Amazon one that clearly said silver.

So I found this thing and it looked and felt like silver. I figured for $5 I would get it. What is it made of?
