@Spence

Coin is exactly 2.03 grams and diameter is little less than 14mm but coin has obviously been clipped on the edge...
Speaking of edge its got a few cracks along as you can see, here are some pics:

What do you think ?

Thanks guys. Coins arrived yesterday, and I'm happy with them :)
Had a little trouble finding all the catalogue references for every one of them because I like to have it all for each coin sorted, but I managed to do it :)

Well seller had a few dozen more similar coins but auction was tough and prices were super high (at least for me) ! :(

I only managed to buy 3 coins

First one that I posted up went for over 20 $
Second for almost 30$
Third for 35$
Fourth for 37$
and Fifith I managed to buy for little over 23$ :)
it should be Caria Rhodes - 190-170 BC Plinthophoric Drahma

I also bought these two:

Mysia kyzikos hemiobol - for 33$
450-400 BC AR Hemiobol

Seleucid Antioch II Teos - for 34$
261-246 BC, Sardis

What do you guys think ? Did I do ok with these ?
Before these I only had one Ancient Greek coin.

PS
Biggest disappointment was not getting the last coin from same seller because of which I even started bidding on others.... but that medieval coin went for double its catalogue, and in my opinion real price...

Hello guys,
Need some help and your opinion if these coins are real or not ?
I saw them listed online for sale and I was thinking about expanding my collection towards some ancient coins but I'm not very knowledgeable on their authenticity and their approximate value ...

Thanks :))

Need help ID this Medieval coin. Seller claimed its PAVIA Federico II di Svevia, 1220-1250, but I can't find any match on it.
Other side is pretty worn out except some letters in the middle ?!

Thanks

PS got it for 1,5 $ so I think I did good :)

Thanks a lot guys !!!!

Yeah for some reason that Isaac II coin has a ton of variations in emperor portrait. In mine his face is super skinny for some reason or might be just wear on the coin...
anyway thanks a lot :D

Need some help with two Byzantine coins.

First one appears to be Manuel I Comnenus (1143-1180)

I recently posted similar one so I think its that one (SB 1966), but seller posted it as John II (1118-1143), so I want to be sure.

Second one I couldn't find a match so any info would be appreciated :)

maybe as to set a good example - you should be wearing white cotton gloves. you just added fingerprints to the coins that were in the protective plastic case.

Well I know that I shouldn't touch proofs but the rest were circulation coins so no need in gloves in my opinion. :) They were also put into plastic bag (wouldnt call it a case lol ) by a seller probably without gloves too :)

Btw I tend to grib the coins by the edge or rim when I'm handling them and as @jbuck says gloves make me clumsy too haha

also you almost lost me when I was just staring at a torn envelope for a minute (I have no interest in torn paper)

Hey gotta have some suspense before revealing coins
You can always skip that part :)
