I have posted a better picture of the mark as requested. There are no marks on the edge.

Hello
I am a volunteer at an hospice on the Isle of Wight in UK.
I am responsible for identifying and pricing items donated to us for raising funds. This medal/coin came boxed and was made by MIYAMOTO SHOKO Silversmiths .The diameter is 5 cms. It is 0.4 cms thick. We cannot find out anything about it. Any help and idea of value gratefully received.
Thanks
Jeanne
