Thanks all for your good wishes.
I only have 1 physio appt to go and the free ones are finished. I have to say that there's not been any noticeable improvement with my upper arm & shoulder so far and the state of my forearm and hand really feel as though they've gone backwards. Creepy crepey feeling of the skin, not quite numbness, but close to it.
I might try a different Physio for a couple appt's as the one I'm going to at present seems to rely mostly on both a TENS machine and an Ultrasound, and I have my doubts about the efficiency of either. He does very little actual massage. I seem to notice more of an an improvement after I've applied a slather of moisturizer.
While I was still in Hospital I definitely noticed a vast improvement with my elbow which now seems to come and go.

I had already started Rehab in the Hospital and will be seeing my GP on Monday for a referral to continue it privately.
When the injury was fresh, my elbow was swollen to nearly twice it's normal size and investigations showed I had bursitis in it. It was as hard as a brick but that's now resolved.
A muscle in the front of my shoulder is a bit like half a cricket ball and I've been told that it's a callus forming which apparently is good.

Back on 4 Oct, I tripped and fell through the railings of an internal stair case and suffered 2 spiral fractures of my Right humerus which managed to end up in 3 pieces, what a shock! Some of the worst pain I can recall, but fortunately I received very good pain relief.
I'd been in hospital since then until yesterday, when I was finally discharged. I have yet to sign up for ongoing Physio treatments. Managing OK with pain with just a couple pills, one each per day and night.
Thank goodness for the Ambos and the Morphine and Ketamine they administered as I was in severe pain until they put me under. I can't remember too much about the first day or 2 as I think I must have been pretty well sedated. I do remember screaming for the Ambulance.
I spent 2 weeks in the Princess Alexandra Hospital, then was transferred to St Vincents where I stayed until Discharge yesterday. Have been advised that conplete healing may not happen until after 12 months.
Had a bone density scan and the result was excellent, with the Dr telling me my bones were as almost as good as an 18 yr old, and considering I'm actually 80, that's some good news.
