All the result of a slightly slightly (MAD) misaligned die. Also happens on other denomination coins.

All discards! Not worth the trouble to save them all, you won't have any left to spend.

I have multiple GB 3D's dating from 1908 - 1925, with D.Cks.

I would not consider any of them to have much value over melt, too common an occurrence, many years have multiple cracks.

I don't think it's fake though, just a greaser.

No visible cracks or clashes. Just a bit of a beat-up coin.

A fake? you would have to think why bother with a 5 cent?
Exactly! Why would anyone bother seeing as there were 8 million of them. Never going to be scarce.

No such coin as an Australian 2021 5 Centevo, and the 2011 coin shown is simply Post Mint Damage, not an error.

So not only is the title wrong, so is the description of the coin.

Low denomination Australian coins are cents!
