I think it could be Snow 23 "rusted reverse", a three star variety .

Snow says- it's very unusual die damage. Since the die pitting is isolated, it may have been caused by acid on the die.

Matt don't play with the coin. If you're interested in selling it, try Great Collections. Anything that sells for over a thousand and you have no fees. This will sell for well over a thousand.

It looks like a Snow 16 Dot on N. If it is that's an expensive coin in that condition. Looking again, I'm positive it is.
