I'd say ANACS for the infrequent senders of coins in the sub 300 dollar range, and PCGS and NGC are equal unless the coin has a huge jump in price to the next higher MS grade, which I would then send to PCGS.

Hello, I am looking to sell with GreatCollections, and I just want to ask a stupid question before I ship my coins off.

Do I simply fill out the consignment form, package the coins up, and ship them off? Or do I have to notify GC that I am sending a package to them before-hand? Thanks for your help and apologies if this is posted in the wrong section.

This 1889 CC Morgan was graded MS63+ from NGC. What is going on with the toning here? It looks so flat. Definitely not a fan. Obviously, toning can be deceiving and I'd need the coin in hand, but it looks AU.
