Looks, AT to me and, if it did get graded with the bit of wear on the reverse crown, AU at best

AU-50 for me and, you will have to try and get the verdigris off maybe with acetone.

Your coin shows a die chip the dot would be between the 9 and 3 if it was a true 'Dot Coin"
