Gold prices are surpassing the numismatic value of coins, what will this do to collectable gold coins? My gold buying days are now behind me. I only wish I'd taken advantage of the old prices years ago.

Hardly deceptive, it's an obvious fake. Looks like a novelty coin.

I visited the annual Houston Money Show Friday, and saw what appeared to be more gold coins available than usual. In speaking with one of my LCS employees/friend, he said gold was not moving at these high prices.

So I'm assuming you're the proud owner of all these coins? Congratulations, you have coins, most all copper collectors only dream of owning.

The Chinese have ruined coin collecting forever. I haven't bought a coin off ebay in 15+ years. Nowadays, it wouldn't be worth the risk.

Thanks for viewing, and thanks for comments. 144 total, tossed them in a cigar box, going to look through them next weekend with my 84 year old dad.
