This coin clearly seems to be a DDO. The only thing to question here, is where to send it for proper attribution. Nice coin!!

Nice find!! I have the exact coin that I will be sending in. Its stated that the DDO #2 is more scarce than #1 or #3.

It starkly reminds me of a "Tapered Planchet". My educated guess. I like the looks of it.

I enlarged the pictures to 175%, and by doing so, I believe it is a S/D over L/D. IMHO.
