Jaobler, I Appreciate the position you have been selected for , People Obviously have trust in Your decisions. Sounds Exciting. I am in the position of tallying up a spreadsheet of My collections. I am discussing with an Auction house also.
I Too am seeking to have My collection, A Large portion, Auctioned off , I am excited for You, You have a large Numismatic responsibility to acquire the Largest audience Possible to reach the Highest Prices for The Collectibles you seeking to sell. Having options are nice, Nicklesearcher stated no Sellers fees on coins over a thousand dollars, Fees stack up quickly in/on Auctions. We can Only Hope to capture the Largest Audience, You Should also look at Who Will achieve that same goal for You, Many auction houses will gladly take on selling Your Collectibiles, Your goal is Very obtainable .
Your job is to Secure the Best audience possible, The Highest prices paid, Along with Options that in the end, Will bring you the Best paid to you prices. I will be watching please keep us in the loop, Remember, Your the Newest ward for the collectibles your in charge of, Some of these " coins " have Not seen the light of day for others and The beauty of such " coins " are waiting to be seen by the coin collecting World, Best wishes, Hope this helps, MD. |

Nice Morgan,
Wow, Very nice strike through as stated. I am in awe, Very Sweet Find, I see the Reverse has a Main strike through, I noticed it's raised in appearance, I see the Perimeter Strike through too, Very interesting visuals. The perimeter ST looks incused, Not raised.
I am wondering Why there are two differing residual tales seen Here. Two Events, ?
Also " if " the marks were made @ the same exact time, Why different residual findings.
Thanks for Sharing.. Please keep us in the Loop, MD

Is this the Same " TV- coins Mike ":
That cuddled up to Another Country and Assisted in making replicas of the Morgan and Peace dollars of 2022..
How did those 2022 sets work out ?
IMO, The entire American Silver Eagles Series seems to be under-pressure to Use the World famous, Most recognizable Bullion to promote games, To capture a new collectors base, advancing Who's agendas. Certainly not the Collectors that stood bye and purchased Every Single Mint Marked ASE to date, along with the ASE's Bullion series Collector's Too.
I too believe " Hondo " is 100% correct about Destruction or damage to any coins You or I sent in, But You and I do not a TV Mike make So, like P.T. Barnum said, There's a Sucker born every minute,

I Too Love Toned Morgans,
Upon further viewing of the posted photos I ask, How does This toning differ from Heat treatments as far as Forensics, Blue , Orange, Browns go.
The SPOT on the Reverse on " WE " Looks suspect. ( to me ).
It appears to be Similar in appearance, As IF the coin's rim was heat treated, NO. |

Well Done, ...
You stated,
Quote: " What I never thought of doing is a set of photos of a normal Uncirculated and the Enhanced Uncirculated together, maybe with a proof thrown in. "
You've been Extra special in posting the " differing " versions, You know I Enjoy Uncirculated versions, Especially presented along with Enhanced Uncirculated , Certainly Unique, ..... |

In Commems opening He stated,
Quote: " A bill calling for a commemorative coin program to honor the 25th Anniversary of the tragedy of September 11, 2001 "
Something about the quoted sentence used is not sitting ,
a Commemorative coin Program honoring a Tragic Event Anniversary....
Our Commemorative coin program Has honored Great individuals and Great Events in America's Hard earned times. People, Buildings, Trails, Military's finest, Sport legends accomplishments, Founding people, Civil war, etc.
Since what date did Our Commemorative coins honor horrific Tragic Events, I Know it was Not during the Classic era, Modern commemoratives , The 1995 Civil war Battlefield Preservation coins came close, No?
Please do not Mis-Understand I just do not see how the Commemorative coin program Changed their ways, ....
