COINHI... was never on auction ?... listed when I decided to write about it.... I was going to write a straight followed "dry" accounting to promote the hobby... started listing and kept it very high (been viewed by almost a million people) then I fancied it up to a historical read... ended with a historical Fiction story because the research was for the coin, not a book and too time consuming for me to go back and cite everything. your pic shows the cover to the right. I welcome any reviews ... HOLD NO PUNCHES! (I want to fix/correct any numismatic errors before hardcover is published next year. I've discount eBook from 10/30 until Thanksgiving for reviewers) Ron

I finished an ebook... Historical Fiction based on the discovery of this coin... various platforms. Never thought, in a million years, I would write a book, even a SHORT READ about anything. As a newbie to the hobby in 2018 having the "Coin Community" Family was truly a GREAT ADVENTURE! THANK YOU ALL!!!
the ebook THE AMAZING STORY OF AMANDA "THE COIN HUNTER" will be on many platforms by Halloween. I have copyrighted a NAME I gave this coin, I know it's very unusual and I apologize to anyone offended by this. Also, the cover does not have this coin on it (did not want to give the reader too much) so I did not post it here...once again THANK YOU ALL! Ron

No DDO in Wexler's, Variety Vista, or CopperCoins...but interesting to a novice like me. Deteriorated die maybe? looked at it closer after seeing some thickness in the 9 & 7...thanks for your continual knowledge :-).

T-bop - maybe I'm using wrong term? Purchase a unopened roll with markings from a San Francisco bank . bought it for the end coin 1957 Flying eagle. Not fed reserve roll. what term should use? TY for your help.

nice coin / ms64RB... here's how I see it ...maybe 5% red is still there... but a ding for the strike and last "T" in trust. ( I do like the reverse clash)

cropped and resent reverse... to me, the reverse is normal in hand... no issues with color...(maybe/hopefully the obverse is just a little toned I dont yet have the experience yet to see it)
well, either way, I do love this coin :-)
TY ... will try to take pics your way PANZ

iPhone camera ... different lighting... not sure if this helps...each time I look at this coin I get more into the "questionable color" category.

picked this up a while ago and just now looking at it. going to eventually get better pics... the brightness of these pictures are obscuring some details. hoping this was not artificially colored at some point...

I believe it should have been at least an XF Details because a Columbia blank is thinner and could never have been fully struck. I see a lot of Philly's... no other DENVER's so I was wondering if this is a "one of a kind /Denver"?

wheatmen77 - the vast majority of the time pics DO help the experts lead the newbies, like me, in the right direction... however.. as the experts say "Coin in the hand trumps everything" :-)
