Definitely not on the plastic took pictures from different angles.
just the mint mark has the condition and extra material on bottom right of the P.

I do not see any damage around the area.
This is from a uncirculated set.

Is there any value on it? besides 10 cents?

I noticed the bottom of several letters on UNITED looks like missing material, would this be considered common?
I don't see the same condition on other quarters.

Hello, would this be considered a mint error and would it be of value,
it is part of a uncirculated set.
I have noticed a double beard and a slight line on the nose, compared it with another penny and even rotates the image to rule out a shadow.

Hello can you please let me know if this is something you have seen before?
I found this coin with a mark a circle marking too perfect, this condition gives the coin letter a bumpy top.
Any ideas? Thank you.

Makes sense, the only think that puzzles me is the perfect diagonal streaks and the rim is mostly there.

It is also lighter in weight 2.56 grams.

I agree, I have different pennies from the 50s with different marks Including BIE, LIBIE and missing material.
