Yes the bottom two were minted at the Royal Mint (left PROVINCIAS, right PROVINGIAS)
Top left minted in South Korea, top right minted in Paris.
Each mint has a different mark (above the date) and uses a different font.
The sun faces are different too. The one on the Paris coin is quite comical...
