Coin would be AG without the unfortunate dent, which is now AG-3 details.
Problem-free AG bid for the 3 errors is $110, so with the problem the coin is likely worth $50 or so.
However since it's a popular variety, someone might pay more than that for it on online venues such as Ebay.

Concerned about the color and the lack of luster which appears unnatural for this level of wear.
EF/AU details, cleaned.

Spotted this fine specimen while browsing Ebay, intermediate level counterfeit that may fool an inexperienced collector at best. Perhaps a member of one of the "families" of die-struck later date large cents you documented, burfle23?

Can you provide large, clear, cropped images of the whole coin, both obverse and reverse? If you do, we would be able to tell for certain as the designer's initials were added to the base of Lincoln's bust in 1918.
I concur, this appears to be a heavily corroded 1919-S cent.
The coin appears to have been cleaned as well. Fortunately in this case the coin carries no numismatic value, but cleaning a coin is heavily frowned upon within the hobby, since cleaning a coin destroys its original surface and greatly reduces it's numismatic value. Never clean a coin!

Appears original AU, early standing liberty quarters do often have that "textured" look.
Attractive specimen.
