I googled a bit in Chinese and I also can't find this Tianqi variant. Maybe it's a replica made as a luck token, or a unrecorded variant. Perhaps checking its metal composition in comparison to other Tianqi Tongbao could help?
I think Hartill mentioned that most of the Japanese made Yuanfeng Tongbao (Genpo Tsuho in Japanese) were in regular or clerical script rather than seal script. So this is probably a Song Dynasty import. Looks like it's the larger 2 cash version in 29mm diameter (H#16.223).
